Emani founded in 1998 in Southern California by Michelle Doan, a makeup artist, a fashion designer, an environmentalist and an acne sufferer. Highly frustrated with acne treatments, frequent visits to the dermatologist, bad reactions to traditional cosmetics, she was on a mission to learn how and why. After many years of product research and development Emani Minerals was born.

The ingredients of the products are natural, resulting in fewer side effects and skin irritations, especially if you have sensitive or acne prone skin. These ingredients are finely milled, purified and treated with additional pigments to create a various colours and effects. Effects range from a matte finish to shimmer and sparkling.
